Reynard’s 6th Birthday

Reynard’s birthday is on 19 March. We have always have a simple celebration for both our darling sons’ birthdays. We always think that the most important thing to give them on their birthday is special prayers special blessings (my own opinion), a very simple celebration with close friends and family will do. We have been doing this since his 1st birthday except for his 2nd birthday which we celebrated and invited some of our close friends, neighbors and families at our own house. This year we had his birthday celebration at school. Packed some goodies bags for his classmates, a birthday cake to share with his classmates and teachers, and a birthday prayers letter from papa mama.

Dear Reynard,
Son, today is your special day, God has made you special,
Today, six years ago…
God put you and entrusted you in mama and papa’s care.
We are proud and glad to be your parents!

We thank God for you, Rey.
We thank God for He has been watching over you, blessing and loving you, you are His beloved!
We thank God that He gave His only Son to die on the cross for you so that you may have abundant life!
We thank God that you long and love your Sunday School class every week, we believe you are blessed!
We thank God for every thing in your life!

We pray that you will grow to be a godly man who loves your creator
your family and your neighbours.
We pray that you may live abundant life full with joy,love and blessings from the Lord, Jesus Christ!
We pray that you will do well in your life, do well in your study,have good relationship with others
and be blessings to others.

Rey,
you are smart, you often give your brilliant thoughts and ideas.
you are funny, you often act like Mr Bean, you like Mr Bean that you wanted to go to London to find him =)
you love your baby brother Reuben so much, you kiss him and give in to him a lot =)
you love all your cousins, every time you pray you will definitely mention their name one by one =)
you like movies, your favorites are Zack and Cody, Mr Bean,Ben 10, The Simpsons (which mama has prohibited you to watch)
and many more to mention.. =)
you like all kinds of fruits except kiwi ( it’s not because you don’t like it,but it seems that you are allergic to it)
you like playing games and the best partner for your games is your best friend Robert Djuantoro alias your papa =)
you like music, in your Junior Music Course @ Yamaha your teacher praised you for your talent, you danced and performed very well
in your school annual concert.
you enjoy your school,you get along well with your classmates,your best friends are Leron and Nathan.
you like drawing, you will draw on our very own white and blackboard whenever you feel like to =)

Rey,
It is hard for you to say hi to people who are strangers to you, eventhough they are papa and mama’s friends.
You are not the easy friendly boy but you are quite easy friendly and quick to make friends with the little ones =)
Whenever you are not happy, you will keep quiet and show your ‘frown face’.(ngambek)
sometimes you are really hard to please =)
You need to be warned many times for your meals,baths.. =(
(mama hopes this will get better as you turn six today hehehe…)

Though sometimes you would misbehave and do not listen to us,
You are still papa and mama’s precious, we love you so much,Rey =)
and always remember that you are DADDY’s beloved.
