Did you guys misname us?

Last night,during our family praise and worship time we asked Reynard about his Sunday school, did he enjoy?what songs they sang during the praise and worship, and what’s the story about? in the middle of our discussion he asked this question:

Reynard: how come my name is Reynard and dede’s name is Reuben?
Mama : errr..why are you asking this question Rey?
Reynard : *went to get his Bible Stories book (Jesus and Me) and shown mama the story of Joseph and his brothers*
Mama : ehmm…ask Papa Rey…hahaha
Papa : errr..why hah?
everyone *fainted* huahahaha

Frankly speaking, we were stunned as we didn’t know how to answer him *cover eyes* but then here’s the papa’s answer, hmmm actually we wanted to name you Reuben but we found another name Reynard which is nice and it means brave and strong, we want you to be brave and strong. As for why we named dede Reuben it’s because papa and mama love the name Reuben so decided to give this name to dede.
If you knew the story of Jacob and his brothers then you would know why our boy asked the question ha.ha.ha.
